• Handcrafted Products: Each item is handmade. Slight variations in texture, colour, and fittings are a natural part of working with genuine leather and hides and should not be considered defects.
• Materials: Our products are crafted from natural, ethically sourced materials. There may be inconsistencies in pattern, markings, and appearance, which adds to the individuality of each piece.
• Production Times: The majority of our products are made to order. While we aim to meet the specified timelines (approximately 2 weeks for production), there may be unforeseen delays. We will communicate any such delays promptly.
• Custom Orders: Special requests and custom orders may have extended production times and are non refundable, except in the case of manufacturing defects.
• Shipping & Delivery: We do our best to ship in-stock items within 2–7 working days. Once your item has been dispatched, FSP Collection is not liable for any delays caused by courier services or external factors beyond our control.
