We reserve the right to modify our Terms and Conditions at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse an order if the item is out of stock or unavailable.

FSP Collection is a wholesale manufacturer of luxury handmade leather handbags and homeware. Our factory is based in Woodstock in Cape Town, and all products presented on our website are handmade by highly skilled artisans using A-grade natural leathers and skins.


The items displayed on the Online Shop are the ONLY items we currently have in stock.

Items may appear slightly different on our website comparing to the actual product shipped, because materials used are in fact natural skins and leather, that will come with its unique markings. Leather is tanned in batches and each batch will have slightly different colour hue.


FSP Collection handbags are currently sold exclusively within the borders of South Africa. For sales enquiries further afield please contact



Option 1. Through the PayFast payment gateway: Pay per Credit card. Visa or Mastercard  (LIMIT R10 000) or Instant EFT

Once payment has been cleared in our bank account the item or items ordered will be dispatched within 3 - 4 working days.

Option 2. Pay with Cash or Credit Card upon Collection at THE FSP COLLECTION (PTY)LTD, Shop AL-2, The Woodstock Foundry, 160 Albert Road, Woodstock, Cape Town



If you are not satisfied with your purchase the item can be couriered to THE FSP COLLECTION (PTY)LTD, Shop AL-2, The Woodstock Foundry, 160 Albert Road, Woodstock, Cape Town within 7 working days after receipt of the item. Please note we do not cover the postage or courier cost to return. Please notify FSP on prior to returning the item and the reason. The item must be returned in its original condition as delivered and in the same packaging with the swing tag still attached. All refunds will only be processed once we are in possession of the item in question.

Damaged or defective items - Cash refunds will be given if the item is found to have a manufacturing defect. Please contact FSP on within 7 days of receipt of product.
Arrangements will be made to collect the item and once received will be assessed. If the item is found to be defective a full refund including the price of the original purchase, shipping and cost of return will be refunded.

If any damage is deemed to be fair wear and tear a quote to repair will be forwarded.

Insurance - The item is insured against theft and accidental damage until the item has been signed for. All items require a signature and once received the insurance falls away.


A ‘business day’ means any other day besides a Saturday, Sunday or national holiday.
The headings in these terms and conditions are for convenience only and will not affect their interpretation.
Words implying the singular number include plural and vice-versa.


The description of the goods is set out in our sales documentation and on our website, unless expressly changed in our quotation. In accepting the quotation, you acknowledge that you have not relied upon any statement, promise or other representations about the Goods by us. Descriptions of the goods set out in our sales documentation and website are intended as a guide only. Each piece is unique and will vary.
We can make any changes to the specifications of the goods which are required to conform to any applicable safety, or other statutory or regulatory requirements.


The price of the goods is set out on this website current at the date of your order and stands.
The price of goods is set and not subject to any discounts or reductions.
The price of is exclusive of fees for packaging and transportation/delivery within South Africa.
The price is inclusive of any applicable tax and or other taxes or levies which are imposed or charged by any competent authority.

Cancellation and Alteration

Once you have made a purchase on our website, the sale is considered final.

Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted according to South African law. All disputes arising under these terms and conditions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
